Dates: September 12 & 13, 2009
Application Deadline: August 22, 2009
Age Groups: U8 - U14 (Unrestricted)
Boys & Girls
Entry Fee: U8 to U10 - $395.00
U11 to U14 - $435.00
For registration complete the following steps:
  1. Click on the link to the Online Application (see below).
  2. Complete all required team information.
  3. Print the Certificate of Registration.
  4. Mail the printed Certificate and check or money order to the address stated on the Certificate of Registration.
