traditional Saturday program. A separate registration is required
for each program played in.
Refund Policy:

Refunds requested after 8/1/2012
will be subject to $25 fee subtracted for processing costs.

All credit card refunds
are subject to $5 processing fee.

No refunds will be given after
9/1/2012.

LATE FEES ARE NOT
REFUNDABLE.
Late Registrations:

Registrations received
and/or paid for after the deadline, will be considered late.
A $25 late fee will be charged per family.

LATE REGISTRANTS ARE NOT
GUARANTEED PLACEMENT ON TEAMS.

after the deadline will be put on a waiting list.

successfully submit your registration information you must:
1) Complete all required
information for each player.
2) Review payment summary.
3) Complete the online payment information or pay by check .
4) Print the Certificate of Registration page. |
